Greatly enjoyed rich and very good breakfasts, and fairly clean hotel.
the stay here was fine during winter time. new-fashioned and fashionable room for what we needed with very comfortable beds as well as good new facilities. the location was peaceful and picturesque in a calm area, very close to best hotels and restaurants in puno, far away from ferry / bus / downtown and the lake, reed beds and the uros reed islands.

This hotel is really peaceful, and everything feels brand new! There's a nice variety of food available in the restaurant. the building itself is lovely, and the location is fantastic—right next to the shore and close to the lake. 🌅.

The hotel is not in the city centre, it is on the lake, but in 10 minutes by taxi you are in the centre. We stayed really well there because it is quite and with all the comfort you can need.we will really recomend it and staff is excellent.

The staff was friendly and cooperative. The room was clean and bright, and the beds were comfortable. Had TV and phone and enough space to store things. The modern bathrooms and the hot showers anytime was a great plus.
There was a swamp nearby which caused sulphur like smells and some eye irritation. The hotel lacked central air conditioning, and whenever we opened the windows we smelled this, which was a little bothersome. The breakfast was not up to the three star ratings.

The room was big and spacious.
The reception would not take our $1 dollar bills and then gave us back torn $5 bill which we have been unable to change so far on our trip. I did not like this as I thought it was very underhand of them.

The superior twin room I stayed in was beautifully maintained with good facilities. I could use a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card. the service was nice overall.

The hotel is clean, with exceptionally helpful personal, and offers picturesque location right by the city center- taxi and the lake, reed beds and the Uros reed islands and the restaurant and Mari at the front desk.

The restaurant was convenient for dinner, I tried tasty dishes. It was reasonably priced and stylish too. The staff were competent and the location was quiet.

We enjoyed the arrival of the alpacas each morning to feed outside the breakfast room. Big comfortable beds. One of the staff volunteered to drive us (for a fee) to meet our bus on the last morning when the taxi failed to arrive.
The staff (except the doorman, who was friendly and helpful) always seemed distracted, never giving one their full attention. There wasn´t much exceptionally ´eco´ about the place (compared to the average hotel), except the recycling bin in the rooms.

The value for money was outstanding. The quality of the food and staff were excellent. We rally liked the room overlooking the lake and it was an altogether great experience

Beautifully kept hotel in a marvelous setting next to a private island. Huge king room with incredibly large beds. Attentive staff. Varied and great breakfast with a good choice of options.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
